Graphite Drawings
Lyrika loves experimenting with different styles, however the shading and depth achievable by a simple lead pencil definitely never gets old for her. A good base pencil drawing is how most all of Lyrikas pieces start out and sometimes leaving it the way it is just feels right. Lyrika often plays around with the almost tattoo styled works when it comes to working with a pencil.
Sketch to Final Oil Pastel Portrait
As one of Lyrika’s favorite mediums, colored pencils are used in many of her more realistic styles of art. Lyrika enjoys the process of layering colored pencils in ways that will make the artwork pop and blend together in satisfying ways that bring life to the drawing. Lighting and shadow incorporated into the mix of colors is also a fun task for Lyrika.

Digital Work
Much of Lyrika’s experimental styles began digitally, the unlimited possibilities and freeness that digital artwork has to offer is definitely a joy to work with to her. Lyrika enjoys all sorts of digital art styles, including realism, and semi realism with more of a japanese retro anime style.
